​Information for employers:  

MATEO Employment Services is a service provider for the Washington State Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and the Social Security Ticket to Work Program tasked with assisting individuals with disabilities reach their employment goals. Our focus is on matching abilities to employment opportunities. Clients may need to be considered for hire under nontraditional means, such as a meet and greet, or performance test. The traditional interview process is often a challenge, but that doesn’t mean the individual cannot perform well on the job. MATEO prescreens clients and partners with employers to find opportunities that match the abilities of the client and the business needs of the employers.

MATEO provides assistance throughout the hiring process. Once hired, clients are expected to perform assigned duties at the standard set by the employer.

All costs associated with the services MATEO provides are funded by Washington State DVR or Social Security.

Employers are not charged a fee for any services.
